Primo Tedesco boxes meet the requirements of various market segments protecting, advertising and adding value to the products they transport. All of them are made in accordance with the norms of Good Manufacturing Practices, and are suitable for direct contact with foods, in compliance with the Technical Regulation laid out in ANVISA's directive nr. 177 of March 4th 1999. Thanks to their practicality, they are used to contain a wide variety of products such as: foods, beverages, electrical appliances, pharmaceuticals, market garden products, chemicals, plastics and others. They are flexo-printed in up to 4 colors and guarantee excellent graphic results to present the products they are carrying.
Made up basically of one piece with the joint stapled or glued and flaps on the lower and/or upper part. It is shipped flat, ready for use and needs the flaps to be sealed. It is made to the size of each customer's specifications, respecting weight and stacking conditions.
Made up of more than one piece, typically has a top and/or bottom which slips over the main body of the box. It is made to the size of each customer's specifications, respecting weight and stacking conditions.
Usually made of one single piece. The bottom of the box unfolds to make two or all the side walls and the top. This box can be assembled without the need for staples or gluing. It is made to the size of each customer's specifications, respecting weight and stacking conditions.
Made up basically of one piece with custom-made cuts and creasing. Delivered flat and ready for use, after simple assembly. It is made to the size of each customer's specifications, respecting weight and stacking conditions.
Consist of corrugated accessories which are used inside the box to reinforce and/or protect and/or separate its contents. In some cases the accessory may be used on the outside. The most common types of accessory and their functions are:
- Separator: separates and protects units
- Edge protector: reinforces edges of boxes
- Sheet: protects bottom or top of box, also able to separate layers of units
- Divider: separates and protects units in blocks of four or more adjacent cells.
