Ten-year Prize
A prize given in recognition of services rendered to the employee who completes ten years with the company.
Dental Plan
Agreement set up with administrators of Dental Plans, extended to employees and their dependents, and the major part of this benefit is subsidized.
Medical Attendance
Medical consultancy available for clinical and work attendance, which enables early diagnosis of illness and accompaniment of workers' health and when needed, their redirection to specialists.
Vaccination campaigns
Campaigns are held for preventive vaccination against disease. These campaigns are run by the company itself, during working hours, and are aimed at employees and their dependents.
Informative campaigns
Campaigns to divulge information regarding sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS, sponsored by the company's health department in conjunction with government institutions. Brochures, posters and preservatives are handed out.
Besides these, lectures are given on men's health, women's health, hypertension, diabetes, care with oral hygiene and how to stop smoking, drinking and drug-taking. The lectures take place on a regular basis.
Various agreements
An advanced system to supervise agreements is maintained to give employees access to a chain of pharmacies, gas, petrol, opticians among others and facilitate their acquisition of products.
Leisure activities and recreation
Leisure and recreational activities are promoted to both motivate and integrate the company's employees. A part of this leisure includes sporting activities (internal championships between members of the plants), commemoration parties on important annual dates (Workers' Day Party, New Year's Party). On the 13th of June in the town of Caçador/SC, a party is held to honor Santo Antonio, the patron saint of Primo Tedesco. In other company plants a mass is celebrated on this date.
