Primo Tedesco has run its 5 "S" Program for a number of years, in constant pursuit of the standardization of all its processes in its plants with the intention of making the growing quality of its products and services available to customers. All the employees participated in preparing and implementing this program, which made the difference in reaching the project's targets and also maintaining and improving it.

The results obtained by adopting this program can be seen not only in the improved quality of products and services, but also in several other areas such as:
- improved working conditions and better usage of time and physical space;
- reduced wastage;
- increased productivity;
- better accident prevention;
- improved quality of life;
- more stimulus to develop creativity; and
- improved customer satisfaction regarding the company's service overall.
