Primo Tedesco runs a Traceability of Quality of Life Program, the purpose of which is to raise the quality of life of its employees by preventive work on disease. Periodic exams are conducted to raise data on the participants so as to identify illnesses ahead of time. Once identified, the employees are sent for treatment, whenever necessary. The Program also informs the participants about health problems that can be avoided or treated by reeducating habits, and provides support for them to develop healthy eating habits which are reflected in their overall health; it detects dental problems and establishes a work ambience where quality of life is all-important among employees. Also covered by the Program is the annual flu vaccination, offered to all those interested and their families. This program which complies with standards set down by the World Health Organization has been run since 2004 and has achieved significant results in preventing illness, and also in preserving and raising the quality of life of the company's employees.

The Qualivida Program is another part of this activity. A clinical nutritionist is hired to map the eating habits of employees, according to needs identified by the Traceability of Quality of Life Program and they are duly followed up.
